Contact Us
Talk to us about spray foam removal, insulation or loft boarding in Leeds. Call 0113 365 1084 or email us. Open seven days a week, 9am–7pm.
Whether you’ve had a survey flag spray foam in the loft, you’re weighing up insulation for the first time, or you just want someone to take a proper look before you commit to anything — get in touch and we’ll tell you plainly what we find.
Call us
Usually the quickest way to get an answer. We’re open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 7pm, because loft access and house sales don’t keep office hours.
Email us
Useful if you’ve got a survey report or photos to send over. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

This is our working base rather than a showroom, so please call before visiting — we’re usually out on jobs during the day.
What happens when you get in touch
1. We talk it through. Tell us what’s prompted the enquiry — a mortgage valuation, a cold loft, a quote you’re unsure about. It helps to know whether there’s a deadline involved.
2. We arrange a free survey. A qualified surveyor comes out, gets into the loft, and assesses what’s actually there. It costs nothing and there’s no obligation to book work afterwards.
3. You get a written quote. Itemised, with a plain explanation of what we’d do and why. If we don’t think you need the work, we’ll say so.
Areas we cover
We’re based in Leeds and work across the wider West Yorkshire area, including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Harrogate, York and the towns and villages in between. You can see the full list on our Areas We Cover page.
If you’re outside that patch, it’s still worth asking — we travel further for larger removal jobs, particularly where a mortgage deadline is involved.
